A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania with my husband, Adam, and our pup, Wally. I’ve been captivated by good design for as long as I can remember. All throughout my life I’ve had an interest in the visual world and I also fostered a love of photography. This interest continued in high school. I took a manual photography class and had a job in a one-hour photo lab. Things really focused for me in my college photography courses and jumped leaps and bounds when I moved to Kentucky and began editing images for a phenomenal lifestyle photographer.
Food is another passion of mine. My first memory in the kitchen is making pancakes for my parents on a Saturday morning.
Thankfully since then I’ve increased my repertoire of recipes and take joy in crafting my husband a great meal. Being a lover of food has assuredly compelled me to travel more and try out new cuisines. Adam and I have had the pleasure of exploring New Zealand, Italy and Denmark with hopes to adventure to as many places as our schedules and bank accounts will allow.
I relish creating great partnerships with my clients and look forward to getting to know more about you. Feel free to get in touch if there is anything else you’d like to learn more about.
I attended a small liberal arts college, Alfred University, where I received a dual bachelors in Fine Arts and in English Literature. The focus of my Fine Arts degree was in the study of graphic design.
Fresh out of school I began working at the largest advertising firm in Erie, Pennsylvania. Two years later, I got married and moved to Lexington, Kentucky where I began freelancing as a designer and as a production manager at a photography studio.
I received a gold level award from the American Advertising Awards in Erie. I have also received a qualifiers award in the International Poster Competition “To Greet the World Expo in Shanghai” and I was published in their International Poster Competition album.
I love game nights especially trivia. So here are a few somewhat interesting facts about my life:
